30-day returns
If you're not happy with your FORMÉ Contour Brief, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Because shapewear is an intimate garment, returned items must be:
- Unworn, apart from trying on over underwear
- Unwashed
- Free of odors, marks, deodorant or makeup
- In the original packaging
Items that don't meet these conditions can't be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Free exchanges
Wrong size? Exchanges are free. We'll swap your brief for another size or shade, subject to availability — just tell us what you'd like when you contact us.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email hello@wear-forme.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Send the item back within 7 days of receiving those instructions.
Please don't send items back without contacting us first — returns that arrive without authorization can't be processed.
Return shipping
Exchanges are free. For returns for a refund, return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item arrived faulty or you received the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it within 2 business days and email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take a little longer to show it.
Bundles
If you return part of a bundle order, your refund is based on the discounted price you paid per item.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives defective or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Customer support: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT. Closed weekends and US holidays. We reply to every email within 1 business day.
